I may not be the cleanest person on the planet but I am easily excited by new cleaning products. My favorite? The Tide To Go and Clorox Bleach pen. Both products have been helpful in my cleaning.

I’m sitting in Amer’s Deli using their wireless and sipping a white chocolate mocha. What a perfectly lazy way to spend a Sunday morning/afternoon. I’m not sure if I consider Amer’s a true coffee shop because although they have all the espresso drinks – they feel like more of a restaurant with their wide selection of food items. However, I do appreciate their free wireless and atmosphere.

Just a few seconds ago I was remembering a trip to Amer’s when I was in high school. I didn’t live in the city at the time but was visiting on a Debate trip. I remember thinking I was so cool in my polished, formal Debate outfit and felt even cooler when the entire Debate team met up at a downtown coffee shop (which was Amer’s). In those days I knew nothing of coffee drinks and probably ordered a hot chocolate. How time changes things because currently I don’t have any association with my days in Debate but yet coffee shops have become a second home to me. Of course, I like it this way just fine.
