This morning I stopped in at Bagel Fragel and picked up fragels for Nate and I. What is a fragel? It is a cinnamon raisin bagel that has been deep fried and covered with sugar. It tastes like a donut and is guaranteed to be bad for you. Of course, it's also pure delight for the taste buds.
