The inner calm

I am feeling quite content at the moment. My apartment is empty and quiet as a church. When I was little sometimes I felt that churches were a little too quiet. Now I envy that kind of quiet. I envy it so much I am looking into making my next apartment a church. Not for religious reasons but for serenity and quiet reasons.

This afternoon I was slobbered by beagles and then a few minutes later I was slobbered by basset hounds. I smell very interesting at the moment. I will try to update flickr soon with the photos. Dogs remain one of my favorite photo subjects.
